Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, you will receive a product as shown in the product description and pictures. As we finish our items by hand, there may be slight variations in color and size. We ask for your understanding.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After placing your order, you will receive all the necessary documents by e-mail. In addition, you will always find your invoice and delivery note documents in your customer account on our website, provided you have created one.

How can I return an item?

If a part does not fit, you do not like something or you have received an incorrect or defective product, you can return your shipment at any time. However, you as the customer are responsible for the return costs. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the costs for you.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

As we only produce our articles to the extent that orders are sent, it is possible that we may sell out. We want to have as little overproduction as possible. However, we will produce popular items again as quickly as possible.

Where can I ship my order?

We deliver your order worldwide. Please note that we only offer free shipping within Germany. For other destinations, shipping costs may apply, which will be displayed at checkout.
